Summary
Lorissa was a coal miner in the middle of her training. She was handed an AWA and refused to sign it. She disagreed with some of the clauses of the agreement. She had loans when this happened and Lorissa believes that the AWA gives far too much power to employers and not enough to the worker. The worker needs to have union support to protect themselves.
